It's Time

Expiration Date Howling deep into the night From a room as far as the moon; red the eyes Swirling ‘round the will to survive I took the path with wind at my back to revive…survive The constant pledge that no soul could draw you away Came with an expiration date after all This mourning blends into the night now Beds are made and vows betrayed; the truth alight Hasty I forgave Numbing scenes of how you behaved Amnesia wishes self-induced to get through The constant pledge that no man could call you away Came with an expiration date A promise made with conditions hidden in the shade That were spoken in a way to stray And came with that expiration date…after all And if I let you in again The defences are pulled back Be I a fool for it Or just closer to closure I don’t know if there is a difference at all…

I Could Be Wrong Deeper into the black pool now The dream has been realised Beneath the flower lies the thorns that Can pierce a heart like a knife I know this time may be different I could be wrong I could be wrong To hope feels like an experiment I could be wrong I kinda hope I’m wrong… Thoughts tornado ‘round my mind now Revolving seldom landing The moves you make can raise the stakes when A heart is part of the game And I know this time may be different And I could be wrong I could be wrong To hope feels like and experiment I could be wrong I kinda hope I’m wrong And I know this time may be different I could be alone But I could be wrong To hope feels like and experiment I could be wrong I kinda hope I’m wrong

It's Time 02:22
It’s Time So it’s happening again Cue a solo violin The duet’s done And the echoes have begun Riding tandem to the brink The bike was severed by a sphinx Warning signs that beast eats Valentines Were obscured by reassurances and trust When you offer all That’s what you lose Sifting through the rubble Finding long lost shadows of yourself… It’s time…to pull them from the shelf It’s time…reintroduce yourself

Wild Dreams 04:29
Wild Dreams Your heart colossal Nothing short of magical His lies were contemptible So indefensible Oh I know In my wildest dream I forgive everything In my wildest dreams It is gone Such a selfless being You gave us everything…and more Oak Harbor was a tragedy Oh so clear I see the strength of love With our lives confused and upside down We packed up and left that town Not looking back In my wildest dreams Requite you for everything In my wildest dreams It is enough But it’s impossible A kindness unmatchable Still I try… Oh I’ll try…
